
Meet the Staff
Johnny Johnson, P.T. is the owner of Rehab Access Inc. He received his degree in physical therapy from Louisiana State University Medical Center in 1995. Johnny started Rehab Access, Inc. in 1999 with the vision of offering exceptional care close to home. He has received advanced training in manual therapy including McKenzie, McConnell, Mulligan, and muscle energy techniques. Johnny is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the orthopedic section of the APTA.
Tiffany Johnson, LDN, RD joined Rehab Access in October 2005 as the Vice President of Public Relations and Administration. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and completed an eleven month internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Prior to joining Rehab Access, Tiffany worked as a Clinical Dietitian at University Hospital for 10 years.
Scott Delahoussaye, MPT received his Master of Physical Therapy degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in 2000. Prior to this, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from LSU in 1996 and an associate of science degree in physical therapy from Delgado in 1993. Scott has received extensive continuing education in orthopedics and manual physical therapy. He joined Rehab Access in July 2001 and is currently the Vice President of Operations as well as the director of our Belle Chasse physical therapy clinic. Scott became certified in 1996 as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the N.S.C.A. and is the co-owner and director of Rehab Access Fitness Center. He is a member of the orthopedic and sports physical therapy section of the American Physical Therapy Association and has served on the board of directors for the Louisiana Physical Therapy Association.
Chesson Clement, MPT, OCS received his Master of physical Therapy degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in 2000. Prior to this, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Southern Mississippi in 1998. He joined Rehab Access in May 2004 and is currently the director of our Gretna clinic. Chesson received his certification as a specialist in orthopedic physical therapy in 2005 and is a certified administrator of the Isernhagen system for Functional Capacity Evaluations. He is also a member of the orthopedic section of the American Physical Therapy Association. Chesson is currently working towards certification in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis Therapy.
Jaime Caillet, MPT received her Master of Physical Therapy degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in 2001. Prior to this she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Northwestern State University. She joined Rehab Access in November 2005. She has received continuing education in orthopedics and manual physical therapy. Jaime is a member of the orthopedic and sports physical therapy sections of the American Physical therapy Association. She is currently working on her transitional doctorate in physical therapy at Regis University in Denver, CO and is scheduled to complete this in 2010.
Gwen St. Romain, PT graduated from Louisiana State University School of Allied Health in New Orleans in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. She attended specialized training in Chicago at Northwestern University's Prosthetic and Orthotic Center in 1991. Gwen practiced for more than 20 years at Charity Hospital of New Orleans gaining her expertise in Amputee and Neurological Rehab. Gwen joined Rehab Access (Gretna) in 2006 where she runs our prosthetic and orthotic program.
Joe Squatrito III, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2008 from the University of St. Augustine in Florida where he also received extensive training in orthopedics and manual therapy. Prior to this, he received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from LSU in 2004 with a concentration in Human Movement Science. Joe joined Rehab Access in 2008 and is part of the Gretna PT staff.
Amber Dannenmueller, MPT received her Master of Physical Therapy degree from Maryville University of St. Louis in 2004. Prior to this she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Maryville University. Amber is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and has served as secretary of the southeast district of the Missouri Physical Therapy Association. She has received continuing education in orthopedics and manual physical therapy. Amber joined Rehab Access (Belle Chasse) in January 2009 when she became a new resident to Louisiana.
Shaun Lopez, MPT received his Master of Physical Therapy degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in 2006. Prior to this, he earned his Bachelor of Art degree in Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University. He joined Rehab Access in September 2006 and is currently director of home health services.
Addie Johnston, PTA received her Physical Therapist Assistant Associates Degree from Delgado Community College in 2008. She currently assists our physical therapists in Gretna with patient care, particularly in aquatic rehab.
Amanda Labruzza, PTA, BS received her Physical Therapist Assistant Associates Degree from Delgado Community College in 2008. Prior to this she earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from Tulane University in 2004. While at Tulane, Amanda worked as a student athletic trainer for 4 years. She joined Rehab Access in 2008 and currently assists our physical therapists in the Belle Chasse office.
Dayna Mnichowski, PTA received her Physical Therapist Assistant Associates Degree from Delgado Community College in 2009. Dayna worked for Rehab Access for 1 year as a technician in the Belle Chasse office prior to PTA school. She has returned to Rehab Access to assist our physical therapists in the Gretna and Belle Chasse clinics.
John Dares, ACE Certified Personal Trainer joined Rehab Access in 2008 to become the Belle Chasse fitness manager. John's personal training experience is in weight loss management, performance enhancement, and general wellness.
Priscilla Ourso joined Rehab Access in 2005 and is the Belle Chasse office manager. She has over 14 years of management experience in the rehabilitation field. Some of her duties include scheduling patients, insurance and benefit verification, as well as authorizations.
Britni Lejeune joined Rehab Access in 2006 and is the Gretna office manager. Some of her duties include scheduling patients, insurance and benefit verification, as well as authorizations.
Trina Sawyer joined Rehab Access as our Billing Manager in 2007. Mrs. Sawyer has 19 years of billing management experience.
Cheryl Ranatza joined Rehab Access in 2008 as our insurance coder. She has 28 years experience in medical billing.
